Legal Information

Prime Task, Inc. was originally incorporated by Elizabeth and Alexey Semyonov in Virginia on November 2, 2001 as an "S"-corporation. In 2005, after four years of successful operations and growth, it was acquired in a stock and cash deal by Advanced Language Systems International, Inc. (ALSI) a linguistic company that Prime Task was already working with developing proprietary patented technologies for smart processing of linguistic information.

Prime Task operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary and a division of ALSI until 2009, providing internal IT support, performing various internal R&D projects, and continuing to provide IT services to existing and new clients. In 2007 Prime Task (operating as a part of ALSI) was awarded a GSA Contract for IT services.

In 2009, Prime Task's original owners sold their shares in ALSI for cash and ALSI.s ownership interest in Prime Task, thus returning the company to independent operations. Following separation from ALSI, Prime Task was re-incorporated as a Virginia C-corporation.
